Leevo Refund Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This policy explains how refund and withdrawal requests work for Leevo Pro. It supplements, and does not replace, Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle's Buyer Terms, or mandatory consumer law.
1. Product and Seller
Leevo Pro for Leevo 1.x is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription. The exact price, currency, taxes, and product description shown at checkout apply to the transaction.
Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller. You purchase Leevo Pro from Paddle, and Paddle processes the payment, receipt, applicable transaction taxes, statutory withdrawal request, and refund. The Leevo developer supplies and supports the licensed software.
2. Try Before Buying
Leevo includes free functionality so you can test the recording, editing, export, permissions, compatibility, and general workflow before purchasing Leevo Pro. Please review the current system requirements and advertised Pro features before purchase.
Trying the free version does not limit any mandatory consumer right.
3. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Consumers may be entitled to remedies if Leevo Pro is not supplied, is materially defective, is not as described, or does not conform to the contract. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include bringing the product into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or a refund.
Consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital-content purchases. The withdrawal right may not apply after download, activation, access, or use begins if the consumer expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged during checkout that the withdrawal right would be lost.
Other countries may provide different mandatory withdrawal or refund periods. Paddle applies the country-specific rules described in its current Refund Policy.
4. Discretionary Refunds
Where a refund is not required by law, Paddle may still review a request on a case-by-case basis under its Refund Policy. Circumstances that may support a request include:
- A duplicate purchase.
- A payment or checkout error.
- Failure to receive or activate the purchased entitlement.
- A serious technical defect that prevents the advertised Pro features from working and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
A request may be declined where permitted by law, including for feature requests Leevo did not advertise, incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase, avoidable permission issues, fraud, refund abuse, or a simple change of mind after the applicable withdrawal right has ended or was validly waived.
5. How to Request a Refund or Withdraw
Use one of Paddle's supported routes:
- Open the receipt or buyer-support link in Paddle's transaction-confirmation email.
- Visit Paddle Buyer Support and select the refund option.
- Contact Leevo support at
nino.zip94@gmail.comfor technical investigation or help locating the transaction.
Include the purchase email, approximate purchase date, transaction or receipt number if available, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
Paddle verifies eligibility using its transaction records and processes approved refunds, normally to the original payment method where possible. Timing is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and the payment provider.
6. Technical Problems
For a technical problem, contact Leevo support first where practical so the issue can be investigated and the product can be brought into conformity. This does not remove any right to contact Paddle directly or exercise a statutory remedy.
You may be asked for your Leevo version, macOS version, relevant hardware or permission status, RevenueCat App User ID, purchase email, and non-sensitive diagnostic details reasonably necessary to reproduce the issue.
7. Effect of Refunds, Chargebacks, and Invalid Purchases
After a full refund, valid withdrawal, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud determination, or entitlement invalidation, access to Leevo Pro may be suspended or revoked and the offline Keychain entitlement cache may be deleted. This does not delete your locally stored recordings, projects, or exports.
